 VET.  "Texas Star Ferris Wheel". This is the ninth (9th)
 in a series of ten (10) free workshops to be held city wide.
 You will receive all the supplies you need, along with
step-by-step instructions. Create a "ready to hang" piece 
of artwork. No previous skill required.  This is a FUN and
FREE workshop, but you must pre-register a slot to attend.
